Studio Apartment Amsterdam West — Monthly Rental

Fully Furnished | Studio Rental. Rate includes: All fees, property taxes, gas, water, and electricity. Provided with: Linen, towels, kitchen utensils and wifi.

A newly modernised ground-floor studio apartment in a converted church building in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The building was redeveloped from a former church into residential accommodation — the shell and proportions are original, the interiors are entirely new. It is a rarer thing to live in than the standard furnished-apartment block, and the reason the light and ceiling heights here are not what you would expect from a 25 m² studio. Being on the ground floor makes a real difference. There are no stairs to manage with luggage when you move in, deliveries and bikes are straightforward, and the entrance is step-free throughout. The studio is fully furnished with a large double bed, flat-screen television, dining table and chairs, and a full-height wardrobe with hangers and shelving. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, and the private bathroom has a toilet, basin and a large walk-in shower with both waterfall and adjustable showerheads. Air conditioning and heating are fitted throughout, so the temperature is yours to set year-round. Shared facilities include a free communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a communal workspace with a bar-height work area and charging points. The roof carries 74 solar panels, keeping the building's running costs and carbon emissions low.

Located in Amsterdam right next to Rembrandt Park, our apartments are in close proximity to many popular attractions, including Vondelpark, the Van Gogh Museum, Leidseplein, and the Moco Museum. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, which is only 8 km away.

City Retreat arranges a professional clean before you move in and at the end of the tenancy. Cleaning during the tenancy can be requested at extra cost with four days' notice.
