Two of our studios sit in Anton Waldorpstraat 90, a building that began life as a church and has been fully redeveloped into modern accommodation — the original shell and proportions retained, the interiors entirely new. It is a rarer thing to live in than a standard apartment block.
The building has a friendly communal working and social area with internet throughout — a bar-height workspace with charging points for the days you want to step away from your desk, and space to relax and meet the neighbours. Can students rent these apartments?
Yes. International students and PhD researchers regularly rent with us. There is no Dutch guarantor requirement. You apply with a simple tenant profile, and everything is arranged before you move in, from furniture to wifi.
What does all-inclusive rent mean?
One monthly price covers gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet, property taxes, maintenance, furniture, kitchenware, linen and towels. You never set up a Dutch utility contract or receive a separate bill.
Do I register with the municipality at my studio?
